The customer timeline just got a serious upgrade. Every event now tells a clearer story.

Redesigned Customer Timeline

The activity timeline on customer profiles has been reworked from the ground up. Events are grouped by type, process executions bundle related steps together, and each entry now shows who triggered the action: a user, a process, or an API call. You can expand any event to see exactly what changed. Tags, scores, and service fields only appear when relevant, so the view stays clean.

New

• Email sent events: When the platform sends an email to a customer (from Loop, Questionnaire, or Scrive), it now appears on the timeline with the recipient, success status, and originating process.
• Client record status via API: Update customer record statuses programmatically through the API. Supports pending, approved, rejected, and archived.

Improvements

• New language support: The platform now supports Latvian, Lithuanian, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Swahili, Oromo, Amharic, Somali, and Tigrinya.

This release also includes general performance improvements and bug fixes.
