Note from the founders
We all met working at large banks, experiencing how slow and broken compliance processes were. This grew into the idea that there has to be a better way to be rigourous and compliant without becoming the bottleneck slowing down the organisation.
In 2020, we founded our previous company HelloFlow, automating onboarding processes. After a successful exit of HelloFlow to a large incumbent, we saw the potential of building something even bigger. Hence in 2023, we started spektr, building infrastructure and AI for the whole compliance operation of financial institutions and enterprises.
Fast-forward to today, we are working with large banks, enterprises and unicorns like Santander, Monta and Mercuryo, providing the infrastructure and agentic AI to run the whole compliance operations and speed up compliance processes from days to minutes.
We are driven by the belief that manual research, excel sheets and waiting days or weeks on a decision should be a thing of the past. Solving this requires not only effective AI agents that can solve the tasks, but AI agents that behave transparently, can explain their reasoning and decision process and make consistent decisions. To make this work, we are building a team across Copenhagen, London, and Romania, bringing together the smartest people in AI, infrastructure, and the finance industry.
