What's New at spektr

You can now see every active process for a customer in one place. This week also brings Scrive ID verification, new eID integrations, and workflow improvements across the board.

📋 Ongoing Processes in Customer Profile

Customer profiles now have a dedicated tab showing all active processes. You can see onboarding status, pending questionnaires, and open loops at a glance. If a client is stuck somewhere in a workflow, you will know about it. You can also copy session URLs and launch processes directly from the tab.

• Scrive ID Verification Indicator: The verification indicator turns green when a signatory completes identity verification through Scrive. You can confirm authorized signatories at a glance from the related entity card.
• MitID Business Integration: Verify Danish business identities directly within your compliance workflows.
• FrejaID Integration: Verify Nordic electronic identities as part of automated onboarding and verification.
• Process Branch Merging: Merge process branches to collaborate on workflow changes and maintain version control.
• Related Entity API Import: Import related entities through the API for faster data onboarding.
• Orchestration API File Upload: Upload files via the Orchestration API v2 for forms and related entity wrappers.

• Risk Class Field: A new dedicated field for risk classification, with granular permission controls.
• Related Entity Monitoring: Monitoring rules now apply to related entities for broader screening coverage.
• Scrive Error Visibility: "No signers found" errors now surface as a field and timeline event so you can catch configuration issues early.
• CompanyWeb Name Mapping: First and last names from CompanyWeb now map correctly to individual entity fields.
• Manual Indicator Editing: Edit verification indicators by hand when you need to override automated results.
• Enhanced Company Search: Search results now prioritize entries that start with your search term.
• Faster UI Performance: Optimized loading across the platform for quicker page loads.

This release also includes general performance improvements and bug fixes.
