Individual customer profiles get a PDF upgrade this week, alongside DUNS number support and a batch of usability improvements.

Individual PDF Profiles

PDF downloads for individual customer profiles are now richer and better formatted. Whether you're sharing a profile with a colleague or archiving it for compliance records, the output is cleaner and more complete.

New Features

• DUNS number field: A new DUNS number common field is available across entity profiles, and D&B nodes can now search by DUNS number directly for faster, more precise lookups.

Improvements

• Sorted dropdowns: User and user group dropdowns are now sorted alphabetically.
• Workspace ID in Settings: Your workspace ID is now visible under Settings.
• Alert list options: More filtering and list options on the Alerts page.
• View visibility indicators: Visual indicators now show which views have restricted visibility.
• Event orchestration: Improved reliability for event orchestration processes.
• AI discovery interface: Cleaner, more usable layout for the discovery AI feature.
• Table rendering: Tables now display correctly in text-based components.

This release also includes general performance improvements and bug fixes.
