Case Management

You can now open, investigate, and close compliance cases without leaving spektr. A case is a template-driven investigation container: a left rail holds the task checklist, the center panel shows Activity (comments, evidence), Insights (data widgets), and Timeline (full audit trail), and a right panel surfaces the linked customer, alert, or transaction in context. Cases can be created manually or triggered by a process, and the AI works every task automatically at creation — providing an answer, reasoning, and confidence score, then suggesting or resolving based on the template's authority settings. Select multiple cases from the list to reassign, reprioritize, or change status in one action.

Email Notifications

You can now receive email notifications for events that matter to you. In Settings, choose which events trigger an email — new alerts, alerts assigned to you, @mentions in comments — and set the frequency to immediate or daily digest. Email is on by default for assignments and mentions.

Redesigned AI Widgets

AddressAI, IndustryAI, and LicenseAI widgets are redesigned. Each leads with a clear yes/no verdict, renders markdown correctly, and surfaces process metadata (name, execution time, status) at a glance. The timeline shows each AI service run as a separate event so you can see exactly what ran and when.

Transaction Views

A new Transactions section lets you browse all transactions, search by IBAN, customer ID, transaction ID, or company name, and open individual transaction details.

Fuzzy Match Control Centre

Define reusable fuzzy-match profiles in a central settings page, mark one as the platform default, and apply them to any text comparison in your rules via the new "is fuzzy equal to" operator. Editing a profile updates every referencing rule immediately.

Improvements

Alert auto-resolve by event type

Auto-resolve and auto-suggest are now configured per event type rather than per alert type. An alert with a sanctions event always escalates to auto-suggest; one with only adverse media events can auto-resolve. The alert detail shows which event drove the outcome.

AI Agent sources

The AI Agent now cites the web sources it used as numbered footnotes inline and in a dedicated sources section below.

Simpler AML hit confidence tags

AML DJ hit tagging now uses two levels: High confidence or Uncertain. Merging three tags into two eliminates inconsistent classifications on edge cases.

Environment access per role

Roles can now be restricted to specific environments. A user whose role excludes Live won't see it in the environment picker and can't access it directly.

Rule operators: "any is in" and "none is in"

Two new list operators for rules. "Any is in" returns true if any left-list value appears in the right list. "None is in" returns true if none do.

Address AI: fewer virtual office false positives

The virtual office check now cross-checks structured output against the narrative before flagging an address as virtual, reducing false positives on legitimate physical offices.

Edge fields on related entities

Fields tied to a relationship — like a pre-filled signatory position — now appear on the Related Entities tab, grouped by role.

Document OCR: country and date field types

OCR template fields now support country (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2) and date (Unix timestamp) types, in addition to string, number, and boolean.

Multi-company Scrive signing

When multiple companies are involved, Scrive now generates separate documents and sends distinct signing emails per company. Signed documents appear under each respective company profile.

This release also includes general performance improvements and bug fixes.
