Link Entities to a Case

You can now link customers, alerts, transactions, and parent cases directly from within a case. Click "+ Link entities" in the case sidebar to open a picker for each type. Customers and alerts use a diff-aware model so you can link and unlink in the same action. Transactions are add-only. You can also nest cases by selecting a parent case from the Create new case modal.

Case Triggers Panel

The case view now shows you exactly why a case was opened. A sidebar panel lists the rules that fired, the conditions that breached, and the actual versus threshold values for transaction monitoring cases. For event-orchestration cases, the triggering signal or event is shown instead. The cause is visible the moment you open a case.

Bulk Actions on Transactions

Select multiple transactions in the transaction list using the new checkbox column. A floating toolbar appears with actions to assign, change status or priority, link to a case, or delete. Actions are permission-aware and a toast confirms the result after each bulk operation.

Improvements

Case List Filters and Sorting

The case list now supports multi-select for status, priority, assignee, and template filters. Date range filters are available for created date, last updated, and SLA deadline. The created, last updated, SLA, priority, and status columns are all sortable.

Evidence Sorting and Filtering

Evidence items within a case can now be sorted and filtered, making it faster to find the most relevant data during an investigation.

Connection Graph: Redesigned Dialogs

The add node, edit node, and add relation dialogs in the connection graph have been redesigned for a cleaner, more consistent look and feel.

This release also includes general performance improvements and bug fixes.
