Introduced Event Endpoints, allowing you to add webhooks as process endpoints that are automatically triggered by specific lifecycle and activity events. Supported triggers include the start or end of a process run, the use of a service, the resolution of an alert, the addition or removal of a customer tag, and changes to customer status.

When any of these events occurs, the configured webhook is invoked so downstream systems can react immediately, such as updating records, opening or closing tasks, or logging the event. You can attach event endpoints to the processes where they’re needed and rely on consistent, real-time signals instead of scheduled checks or manual updates.
