Features
Per-language names for custom entity roles and labels
You can now set a display name per language for custom entity roles and custom related-entity titles. Names are edited in Platform Settings → Entity Roles, where roles are already created and renamed, and forms and generated PDFs render the name for the active form language instead of a machine-generated translation. A role without a name for the active language falls back to its default catalogue name, and renaming a role in any language leaves existing relations intact.
What this changes for you: Workspace-defined role names are no longer machine-translated in forms and PDFs. If your processes rely on the automatic translations, review them and set the wording you want per language in Platform Settings → Entity Roles.
Improvements
Full-name labels for individual entities
An individual entity's display label can now combine first name and last name, so forms and generated PDFs show the person's full name instead of a single name field. If one of the two names is missing, the label renders the name that is present; entities configured with a single name field render exactly as before.
What this changes for you: Worth a review of your individual entity label configurations: you can now select both name fields where you previously worked around single-field labels.
Default status for API and CSV-created customers
Customers created through the ingest API or a CSV import now get the client status "Pending" by default, matching customers created directly in the platform. A status supplied explicitly in the request or file is still respected.
What this changes for you: No change to existing workflows. Customers created via API or CSV without a status now arrive as Pending instead of having no status.
License AI reliability fixes
The License AI now finds gaming machine operator licenses when they appear on official sources, flags licenses whose expiry date has passed, and no longer infers that a company lacks a license from a fine or violation record. Confirm mode works again too: a license disclosed during onboarding now gets a clear confirmed or not-confirmed result.
What this changes for you: No change to existing workflows. Expect more accurate license findings on new KYB runs.
Platform settings, reorganised
Platform settings now uses a vertical sidebar that groups settings into categories, replacing the horizontal tab bar. Every settings page is still reachable, the active page is clearly marked, and nothing hides behind a "+n more" overflow. Existing links to settings pages keep working.
What this changes for you: Platform settings looks different: a grouped sidebar instead of the tab bar. Anyone who maintains workspace configuration should know where things moved.
A roomier operator dropdown
The operators dropdown in the rule builder is now larger and scrolls internally, so picking an operator no longer means scrolling the whole list.
This release also includes bug fixes, platform and performance work.
