This ensures a seamless login experience for your team while giving you centralized control over authentication and user validation. This is how you set it up.

🤖 Next-Level AI for AML Alerts

Our AI model for resolving AML alerts is now fully operational and ready to assist your compliance team. You have granular control over the settings: configure the AI to automatically resolve specific alert types or have it suggest resolutions for human review. We’ve updated our help page to show you how to customize these settings. We are actively looking for feedback on this feature! As you use it, let us know what you think so we can continuously refine the model.

New Capabilities

• Advanced Scenario Management: Create complex, reusable monitoring rules that allow you to segment entities and branch workflows based on specific scenario results.
• Smarter Conditional Logic: You can now build conditional rules using Workspace Fields. This allows your forms to react dynamically based on existing customer data, not just current form inputs.
• Enhanced Audit Trails: The timeline now automatically logs events when Beneficial Owners and control associations are created, giving you better visibility into entity changes.
• Questionnaires in Orchestration API: Questionnaire processes are now discoverable and selectable within the Orchestration API, simplifying integration with external systems.

Improvements

• Unified Risk Scoring: We’ve updated the risk indicator to sum scores from multiple processes, providing a comprehensive, aggregated risk score during automated executions.
• Polished Customer Profiles: We’ve improved readability in the Customer Profile with better text wrapping and a redesigned tags summary that clearly separates tag names, dates, and sources.
• Consistent Monitoring Configuration: Setting up monitoring processes now feels more familiar; we’ve standardized the configuration flow to match the rest of the platform’s process builders.
