Here's what's new and improved this week— smarter alerts, flexible entity views, and powerful new validation tools to keep your workflows running smoothly.

🎯 Toggle Between Full and Direct Entity Structures

You now have full control over how you visualize entity relationships. Switch between "Show full structure" to see the entire network of related entities, or "Show direct structure" to focus only on entities one level away from your subject. This toggle works seamlessly across both the related entity list and the ownership graph—giving you clarity exactly when you need it.

New Features

• Enhanced Alert Search — Find alerts faster by searching with spektrID or AlertsID directly from the search field.
• Alert Count Display — See the total number of alerts at the bottom of the page for better oversight.
• Data Validation Capabilities — Take control of data quality with new validation options:
  • Set maximum character limits on text fields
  • Restrict file upload sizes
  • Define accepted file types (e.g., .pdf, .docx)
  • Capture date of birth with a dedicated input field
• Signatory Rules in Related Entities — View signing authority and conditions directly in the related entity tab, making it easier to assess who can sign for a company alongside other relationship data.

Improvements

• Entity Roles in Rules — Related entity roles (like "UBO" or "Board of Director") can now be used as conditions in your automation rules. Build smarter workflows with role-based logic like "Role is UBO" using an intuitive dropdown selector.
