Website AI improvements

You can now identify a broader range of contact pages in Website AI, including labels such as “Talk to us” and “Help center.” When no contact link is found, Website AI also checks footer links. Online-presence verification now requires contact, privacy, and social signals. Support-contact data is no longer required.

What this changes for you: Website AI may now verify online presence when contact, privacy, and social signals are present, even if support-contact data is unavailable.

Fix Case AI Summaries Regenerating Continuously

You can now reopen an unchanged case without its AI summary regenerating. Summaries refresh only when the underlying case, alerts, or linked client-record data changes. When nothing has changed, the existing summary is served from cache.

What this changes for you: No change to existing workflows. Case AI summaries should remain stable between relevant data changes.

Case AI Summary: no comments in summary and no regeneration when a comment is added

You can now use the Case AI Summary to understand why an alert fired, which transactions are involved, and which thresholds were breached. The summary is created from alert context and does not regenerate when comments, status changes, or other officer activity occur. It can be manually refreshed when needed.

What this changes for you: The summary is intended to stay stable while you investigate a case. You can use it to review alert context without it changing because of routine officer activity.
