🌟 Verified Onboarding Signing with Scrive

Say goodbye to manual document creation and chasing signatures. spektr now automatically generates a summary document during onboarding – capturing company details, Ultimate Beneficial Owners, and authorized signatories – and sends it directly to the right people for signing.

Signatories are verified at the moment of signing using national eIDs (such as Swedish BankID, Norwegian BankID, and more), or via Veriff when a national eID isn't available. This ensures the person confirming your onboarding data is exactly who they claim to be, which leads to stronger compliance, reduced fraud risk, and a seamless experience for your customers.

Improvements

• Smarter Swedish Company Prefilling: Onboarding Swedish companies just got faster. We've enhanced how spektr extracts data from official registry records, automatically deriving dates of birth, defaulting country information, and intelligently categorizing representatives. Less manual entry, fewer errors.
• Country-Filtered Company Search: Link a country field to your company search, and results will automatically filter to that jurisdiction. Select "Denmark" and only see Danish-registered companies – no more sifting through irrelevant global results.
