Two weeks of releases bring full document OCR into processes, smarter company data matching, and a refreshed search experience.

OCR Templates in Processes

You can now create complete OCR templates and use them directly in your processes. Define extraction rules, map fields, and automate document processing end to end. No more manual setup for each document type.

New Features

• Entity resolution AI (BETA): An AI model now reconciles your on-file company data with vendor records. High-confidence matches resolve automatically, and low-confidence ones get flagged for manual review.
• AI Agents: Set Field node: Agents can now write values into fields during a workflow, unlocking new automation possibilities.
• Visibility controls for comments and documents: Choose whether comments and profile documents are visible to everyone, your user groups, or only you.
• Improved navigation and top bar: A cleaner, more intuitive navigation experience across the platform.
• MitID onboarding: CPR and address support: Collect CPR numbers and address details during MitID onboarding for better verification coverage.

Improvements

• Company search revamp: Search no longer reloads the page. You can now pick HitHorizons or Moody's as your search engine, and the form experience is smoother with auto-focus and expanded signatory rules.
• DnB principals and contacts: Improved coverage for key individuals and signatories data.
• Richer Virk data mapping: Registered capital and employee count are now included. Founder roles are filtered out.
• Moody's in monitoring scenarios: Moody's related entities are available in the Scenario node.
• Events and timeline: Event import returns an identifier. The timeline view now includes a table layout for service data.
• Verification indicators: Synced to Freja and MitID Business executions.
• Alerts wording: Clearer symbols and labels for hit activity.
• AI Agent tooling display: Tool icons now appear for each step inside AI agents.
• Process version creation: New sidebar and toggle flow for creating process versions.
• Customer search: Better full name matching.
• Routing builder: More predictable behavior when deleting nodes with no branches.

This release also includes general performance improvements and bug fixes.
