Here’s what’s new and improved in our latest release — designed to make your workflows faster, smarter, and easier to manage.

New

• User Groups & Permissions: Define custom user groups and assign granular permissions to control who can access what within your workspace. Create reusable permission sets that scale with your team structure.
• Copy Onboarding Session Link: Applicants can now copy a shareable onboarding session link directly from forms, allowing different team members to continue the same onboarding process. The session token updates safely at each step, making it easy to collaborate across departments.
• Multi-Select Dropdown Field: A new multi-select dropdown field type is now available in forms, allowing users to select multiple options from a dropdown list - combining the convenience of a dropdown with checkbox-style multi-selection functionality.

Improvements

• Enhanced Danish Company Data (Virk): Added direct registry links to CVR (Danish Business Authority) records for quick reference. Also included signatory rules automatically fetched from Virk, showing who can legally bind the company.
• Multi-Value Field Type Support: Improved handling of multi-select fields in process rules and vendor configurations. The system now correctly recognizes string lists, country lists, and single-selection fields, enabling more precise filtering and routing logic.
• Scheduler Performance: Optimized the trigger scheduler mechanism for more reliable execution of scheduled monitoring processes and event-driven workflows.
