🔀 Branch Merging for Workflows

Design more sophisticated workflows with confidence. You can now merge multiple parallel branches back into a single path, enabling complex, multi-track processes that converge exactly where you need them to. Whether you're running parallel reviews, multi-team approvals, or split-path due diligence, your workflows can now come together seamlessly — making them easier to build, maintain, and scale.

New Features

• Process Launch Controls: Choose whether a process can be launched directly from a customer profile, giving you more control over how and where processes are triggered.
• Conditional Fields in Related Entities: Show or hide fields within related entity sections based on user selections, keeping forms clean and contextually relevant.
• Enhanced Field Validation: Enforce character limits on text fields, file size and type restrictions on uploads, and date constraints (e.g., date of birth): catching data quality issues at the point of entry.
• Ownership Percentage Validation: Automatically prevent ownership percentages from exceeding 100% when adding related entities, with smart calculations across parent-child relationships.
• Automatic Legal Form Mapping: Legal form data from external registry lookups is now automatically mapped to your standard fields, ensuring consistent entity classification across data sources.
• Country-Specific Company Search: Lock company search fields to a specific country, pre-filtering results to only relevant jurisdictions for region-specific processes.
• Linked Documents & Comments: Attach documents when writing comments, or add commentary when uploading files. Comments now display linked documents, creating a unified and auditable trail.
• Workspace Field Management: Filter and search your field library by process, type, name, label, and group: now with pagination and a dedicated group column for easier navigation at scale.
• File Upload via API: Programmatically upload files through the Orchestration API for both forms and related entity sections.
• Bulk API Pagination: Retrieve large datasets in manageable batches through the bulk record APIs, enabling efficient processing of extensive customer lists.

⚡ Improvements

• Faster DiscoverAI Results: DiscoverAI now runs searches in parallel, delivering noticeably faster response times for entity research and investigation tasks.
