🔑 New Identity Verification Services

FrejaID

You can now verify individuals using FrejaID, a trusted Nordic identity service covering Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Verification can be initiated via email, phone number, or national ID — and results are fully visible on customer profiles and timelines for complete traceability.

MitID Business (MitID Erhverv)

Need to confirm that someone legitimately represents a Danish company? Our new MitID Business integration does exactly that. When a person authenticates, spektr confirms whether they are an employee or an authorized signatory. If the company is already in your records, the CVR number can be pre-filled to streamline the experience even further.

New Features

• Customer & Alert Assignment: Assign customers and alerts to specific users or groups — manually or automatically through workflows. Every assignment is logged on the timeline, and a new "Assigned to" filter makes it easy to see who's responsible for what.
• Registry Document Requests: Request official registry documents directly from within spektr. Once requested, documents appear automatically on the customer profile — no refresh needed.
• Danish Annual Reports: Retrieve annual reports for Danish companies directly through the Virk integration with a single configuration toggle.
• Ongoing Processes Tab: A new tab on customer profiles shows all active processes — onboarding, loops, and questionnaires — so analysts can instantly spot where a customer stands and step in to assist if needed.
