Process management gets a major upgrade this week: you can now create, review, and publish distinct versions of your processes.

Process Version Management

You can now manage compliance processes with full version control. Create new versions, review changes, and publish with a clear approval flow. Iterate on processes without disrupting live workflows, and keep a complete audit trail of every change.

New

• CPR registry integration: Access CPR registry data directly within onboarding and monitoring workflows.
• Risk class field: A new common Risk Class field with configurable permissions for risk class and score data.
• Comment and document visibility: Control who sees comments and documents by setting visibility per user group.

Improvements

• Ctrl+Click navigation: Open items in key tables (Customers, Alerts) in a new tab for faster investigation.
• Process outcome tracking: Changes to processes linked through an outcome are now properly detected and flagged.
• AI agent process links: Process links via outcomes display correctly in AI agents.
• Loop outcomes as process source: Use loop outcomes to feed into other processes for more advanced flows.
• Manual review actions: Close alerts directly from the manual review screen.
• Screening fuzziness: Configure matching fuzziness on ComplyAdvantage for finer control over screening results.
• Monitoring guardrails: Alerts are no longer created when there's no baseline to compare against.

This release also includes general performance improvements and bug fixes.
