Features
Website AI recognizes more terms for T&C checks
Website AI now recognizes common alternatives such as Terms of Service, Terms of Use, User Agreement, Legal Terms, and Legal Notice. This helps it find relevant terms pages without relying on one exact label.
Website verification checks run independently
Website verification checks no longer depend on the T&C check to succeed. Ownership and business-purpose checks can use signals such as copyright notices, About Us pages, homepage content, and metadata, so one missing page does not cause unrelated checks to fail.
Notes inside cases
You can now add investigation notes directly inside a case. Notes persist with the case, support handover, and can be included as context when CaseAI or SAR AI drafts a narrative.
Tags for cases
Tags now work across customers and cases. You can define where each tag applies, add tags from the case, and use them to filter case lists while keeping existing customer tagging behavior.
Choose which rules create cases
The Create Case node now lets you choose which connected rules or scenarios can create cases. Each case records the trigger that caused it, making case provenance easier to understand.
Improvements
Fuzzy matching in Customer Duplicate Detection
Customer Duplicate Detection can now use the same fuzzy-match profiles as other rule nodes. Choose a profile for each field, or use exact matching when no profile is selected.
Customer AI summaries avoid unnecessary regeneration
Customer AI summaries are reused when the underlying profile has not changed. When data does change, a new summary is generated and previous versions remain available for review.
Related entity positions are visible
Related Entities now show each person's position in list and detail views. Existing data is used, with graceful handling when a position is unavailable.
Daily Monitoring runs after normal working hours
Daily Monitoring runs are scheduled after normal working hours, with the earliest start time set to 20:00 CET.
This release also includes general performance improvements and bug fixes.
