Features

Topograph is now available as a KYB vendor

You can now run KYB checks with Topograph, a new vendor covering company profiles, legal representatives, shareholders, UBOs and full ownership graphs. Add the Topograph node to the same process types you already use for Kyckr, connect it from the Connection Hub, and order registry documents straight into the Documents tab. The node runs in verification mode and supports optional spend caps per request and per company profile. Monitoring is not part of this release.

What this changes for you: You have a new vendor option when you build or edit KYB processes. Existing processes are unchanged; to use Topograph, add the node in the process builder and connect your credentials in the Connection Hub.

Improvements

Reviewer feedback now shows on the report

When a case report draft is sent back, the reviewer's comment now appears on the report banner, and a disregarded report shows the disregard reason in its banner. The person who picks the report back up sees why directly on the report, instead of finding it on the case timeline.

What this changes for you: No more digging through the timeline to learn why a report came back.

Clearer UK report types

The United Kingdom report list now shows SAR-TGAB as a forthcoming entry, marked as not yet published and not selectable, and the existing UK labels use a shorter, consistent format. Reports with no linked transactions or evidence also no longer render an empty linked-resources section.

What this changes for you: No change to existing workflows. SAR-TGAB is visible so you know it is coming; it cannot be selected yet.

Faster AI alert solving

The AI alert solver now processes several customers in parallel, and one slow workspace no longer blocks the others. Verdicts, prompts and events are unchanged; suggestions simply arrive faster, with production back to around 23 workspace runs per minute.

What this changes for you: No change to existing workflows. Expect AI suggestions on alerts to arrive faster.

Cleaner names from CreditSafe

CreditSafe responses no longer duplicate "Mr" or "Mrs" into a person's full-name field when the title is already provided separately, so prefilled names come through clean.

Scrive signing events carry document details

The Scrive document_fully_signed event now includes the document's name, ID, template or type, and signing timestamp. Event-orchestration flows can branch on which document was signed instead of assuming a fixed set of documents.

What this changes for you: No change to existing workflows. This becomes relevant when you build flows that react to signing events.

This release also includes bug fixes, platform and performance work.
