We’ve completely redesigned case management so each customer profile is fully customizable to show exactly what your team needs (such as verifications, registry data, service results, and documents) in the order you choose. An embedded AI agent reads the case and produces a structured overview of all available data on the customer, giving reviewers a clear entry point into the evidence.
From the same profile, users can open an audit-proof timeline that records every interaction, check, and change, with links to the underlying data and documents submitted or retrieved from external sources. The visualized network of related entities is also accessible directly in the profile for immediate context across owners, signatories, directors, and other associates.
Together, the new layout controls, AI summary, and unified evidence trail make it straightforward to review facts, trace actions, and document decisions within a single workspace.
