What you will do
- Own financial reporting, planning, and key metrics, ensuring transparency, clarity, and reliability
- Own and manage day-to-day financial operations
- Support our external partner on operating accounting and bookkeeping
- Deliver accurate, investor-ready reporting and projections, e.g. on cash flow, burn rates, etc.
- Build and operate a finance system, including setting up automations and AI
- Work closely with the leadership team to provide financial insight and clear commercial recommendations
What makes you a great fit
- You have worked in fast-moving environments before (start-ups, consulting, banking, etc.)
- You are obsessed with getting stuff done and thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments
- You have previously built and run finance processes
- You are highly analytical and structured, able to keep structured even when things move fast
- You are self-driven and able to execute fast and with limited information, driving your own projects
- You are willing to relocate to Copenhagen, Denmark - since you will work closely with the leadership team, this role will be based in our HQ
What may not make a good fit
- You need very detailed, structured tasks and instructions
- You only want to do high-level strategic work
- You want to work mostly remote
- You want to work a regular 9-5
