The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Marketing Lead who brings a sharp lens for growth and paid acquisition — but not to live in a silo. At spektr, everyone owns end-to-end projects across the marketing funnel, and we count on each other’s strengths to make those projects smarter and stronger.
You’ll lead your own campaigns, whether they're brand-led, content-driven, or performance-focused, and you'll also lend your growth know-how to teammates who need it in their projects.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, in a team designed for autonomy, collaboration, and experimentation.

- Own and execute your own marketing initiatives — channel, campaign, or experiment.
- Use your growth and paid marketing skills to sharpen team-wide efforts.
- Launch tests, evaluate results, and help us learn faster across every funnel stage.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product to bring big ideas to life.

What makes you a great fit
- Strong hands-on experience with paid media (LinkedIn, Google).
- Experience with funnel analysis, creative testing, and performance measurement.
- You've led campaigns across channels, not just optimized ad accounts.
