Features

Document folders in the Documents tab

You can now organize documents in the Documents tab into folders, configured per customer type. A reserved Related Entities folder automatically groups documents from a company's related entities, such as UBOs and related companies, so you can see them in one place without leaving the profile. Analysts navigate the folder structure using breadcrumbs, can upload a document directly into a folder from the Documents tab, and can move documents between folders after upload. In the form builder, file fields can now be set to route an uploaded document straight into a chosen folder.

What this changes for you: The Documents tab now opens into a folder structure instead of a flat list. If your team is used to the flat view, you'll see a different layout the next time you open it, so it's worth agreeing a folder convention per customer type and letting your analysts know what changed.

Transaction export

You can now export transactions to CSV. Choose a transaction definition and a date range, and the export uses the columns already configured for that transaction definition.

What this changes for you: No change to existing workflows. This adds a new download option alongside your existing transaction views.

Process Runs export

You can now export the Process Runs view to CSV, including the full execution context for each run. Click the new Export button in the top right of the Process Runs list, choose a time period (last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom range), and it exports the runs in that period that match your current filters and sort. Each row includes the standard summary columns (process, version, status, timestamps, customer) plus the complete execution context as a JSON column, so the export can serve as a full audit record. Large exports are generated in the background and delivered via a notification when ready.

What this changes for you: No change to existing workflows. This adds a new way to pull run history for audits or offline analysis.

Customer list export

You can now export your customer list to CSV directly from the customer list header. Click the new Export button and it downloads the customers matching your current filters, sort, and column configuration, using the same columns already shown in your view plus a stable ID for reference. Large exports are generated in the background and delivered via a notification when ready.

What this changes for you: No change to existing workflows. This adds a new way to pull data you can already see in the list, for example for an auditor request covering all approved customers in a dataset.

Improvements

Faster periodic transaction monitoring runs

Scheduled and "run now" periodic transaction monitoring runs now compute aggregate calculations in parallel across workers, instead of one process working through every customer in sequence. For large customer and transaction volumes, this cuts dispatch time from hours to minutes.

What this changes for you: No change to existing workflows. Your periodic TM runs process faster, especially for large transaction and customer volumes.

This release also includes general performance improvements and bug fixes.
