Add folders visualisation in the document tab

You can now organize documents into nested folders in the Documents tab, with a folder structure configured separately for each customer type. Analysts can move through folders with breadcrumbs, upload directly into a chosen folder, and move documents after upload. Related-entity documents are grouped into their own dedicated view, and service-generated files can be filed by service. This is rolling out now behind a feature flag.

What this changes for you: The Documents tab will look and behave differently once this is enabled. Teams that work from the current flat list should expect a new folder view and may want to agree a folder structure before rollout.

Support transaction export

You can now export transactions as CSV by choosing a transaction definition and a date range. The export uses the transaction columns already configured on that definition, so you can pull the data you need without rebuilding it elsewhere.

What this changes for you: No change to existing workflows. This gives your team a direct way to pull transaction data when an export is needed.

Improvements

Add more case-related notifications

You can now turn on separate notifications for case creation, case assignment, and task assignment from the notification settings page. Each notification is controlled separately and uses the same delivery channels as your existing notifications. This is rolling out now behind a feature flag.

What this changes for you: No change until you enable these notification types. Once enabled, assignees will start receiving those alerts through the same channels they already use.

This release also includes general performance improvements and bug fixes.
