Here’s what’s new and improved in our latest release — designed to make your workflows faster, smarter, and easier to manage.
New Features
- PDF Generation Step: Generate PDF documents dynamically from onboarding form data. Create compliance summaries, agreements, or reports automatically as part of your process flows.
- User Groups & Permissions: Define custom user groups with granular permissions in a new Groups tab under Settings. This flexible system replaces the previous role-based approach with JWT-based authorization for better performance and security. Manage team members through an improved invitation flow.
- Process Runs Visibility: View all runs for the current process in a new side panel accessible from the top bar. An indicator shows when a process is actively running, giving you real-time visibility into process execution.
- AI Agent Chat Interface: Added a collapsible "Chat with AI Agent" button for easy access to the AI copilot within AI agents, making it simpler to interact with your automated workflows.
- Workspace Field Groups: Organize workspace fields into groups for easier discovery and management. Groups now appear in platform settings, field pickers throughout the application, and help users find the right fields faster.
- Related Entity Datasets as Process Sources: Use related entity datasets (like beneficial owners or board members) as sources for monitoring and enrichment processes, enabling more sophisticated logic based on relationship data.
Improvements
- Field Value Mapping: Set workspace field values from other fields in the execution path, enabling flexible field mapping and data flow between process steps.
- Auto-populated Website Fields: Company website fields are now automatically prefilled from HitHorizons data during company search, reducing manual data entry.
- Redesigned Entity Management: Improved how entities (UBOs, signatories, board members) are captured and displayed in forms, with clearer structure and better user experience.
- Enhanced Entity Role Filtering: Updated the customer list filter to properly handle related entities. Direct customers can now be filtered separately from associated entities with improved accuracy.
