THE OPPORTUNITY

The banking and financial services industry is sitting on an enormous amount of operational work that still gets done by hand. You are the person who is going to change that.

As our AI Specialist, you will push the boundaries of what automation can do inside heavily regulated enterprises - not by working within a defined feature set, but by asking what should be possible and building the case for making it real. If the spektr platform does not yet support a use case you have identified and validated, that becomes a product brief. You are not limited by today's capabilities - you are helping define tomorrow's.

You operate the way the best forward deployed engineers do: embedded with clients, hands-on, moving fast, and translating what you find directly into working prototypes and scalable solutions. You will work hand in hand with our Compliance Specialist, who owns the regulatory and domain depth, so you can stay focused on what you do best - finding every automation opportunity in the room and driving it to production.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Go on-site with clients to map compliance workflows from the ground up - identify the high-volume, manual, low-judgment work that should not exist, and size what AI can realistically eliminate
• Push the boundaries of what can be automated in a regulated environment - your benchmark is not what has been done before, it is what is now technically possible
• Build and demonstrate working prototypes that show clients what automation looks like in practice, not just in a slide deck - ideally live
• Define and validate use cases with rigour: success metrics upfront, pilots run tightly, a clear and honest case for scaling
• Where the spektr platform does not yet cover a validated opportunity, translate it into a structured product brief - your field work drives the roadmap
• Guide clients through what enterprise AI deployment actually requires: data readiness, governance, integration constraints, and change management
• Package every validated use case so it travels - every win should be repeatable across the client base, not a one-off

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You are genuinely AI-native: you see automation opportunities as a reflex, and you have the hands-on experience to assess what is real versus what just sounds good
• Proven experience building and deploying AI solutions in production - LLMs, agents, document processing, workflow automation, or similar - you have made things work inside real organisations, not just as a hobby or demos
• The operating instincts of a forward deployed or solutions engineer: comfortable going deep into a client's environment, diagnosing independently, and building on the ground
• You understand what it takes to move from proof of concept to production inside a large, complex, regulated enterprise - and you know exactly where projects stall and how to prevent it
• Able to communicate with equal credibility at all levels: you can prototype in the morning and present the business case to a leadership team in the afternoon
• The compliance domain will be well covered by your counterpart - curiosity about that world matters, deep expertise does not
